National Award in
Customer Service (Level 1-3)
In addition to gaining a National Certificate in your chosen field of interest you will have the opportunity to work towards a National Customer Service Award. This award is intended to offer a range of customer services focused skills applicable to all workplaces.
- Award offers a range customer focused skills with strands in individual service areas such as business, community and social services and the services sector
